My name is Charley Voorhis, I’m a filmmaker and video producer. I’m the Digital Video instructor at “Wenatchee Valley Technical Skills Center” and the owner of “Voortex Productions.” I studied film at “Brooks Institute of Photography” in Ventura California. I then went off to explore my ideas of what I call “Concert Films.” “Midst of an Epok” was my first “concert film.” A silent film 56 minutes in duration and was accompanied by a collection of 14 musicians who performed the score for the film LIVE. “Under Lamp Light” was my second “concert film” which was awarded “The Icicle Prize” in the “Icicle Fund Film Festival” at the Performing Arts Center of Wenatchee. I’m inspired to work with people who are excited about what they do. “Lets talk...”
